Rīga's pictures: on this album you see not so many pictures of Latvija's capital Rīga and most of them are not pictures of the beautiful oldtown (Vecrīga), but mainly shots I took from the central market to the district around Maskavas Iela. This is a very interesting part of the city, quite in bad conditions, mainly inhabited by Russians and generally by poor people. It's in fact one of the cheapest districts: some houses have no toilet, hot water and so on... there are problems with drugs and small criminality... so really not the ideal place where to live, but with many old houses which are still very beautiful. Let's hope it will become soon a new Užupis...
